Our policy lasts 14 days from the receipt of your order. If 14 days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in their original packaging. Please note that a 45% restocking fee will apply to all returns.

There are certain situations where refunds cannot be granted, such as:

Visible signs of use

Attempting to repair the product yourself or by an unauthorized person

Items that are not in original condition or are missing parts not due to our error

Refunds and Replacements

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you experience issues with your product, please contact us at info@nuimagesolutions.com, and our tech support team will assist you in identifying and resolving the problem. If the product is defective and the warranty is still valid, you will be provided with a pre-authorization code for the return. After we receive and inspect the defective item, a replacement will be shipped to you.

Once your return has been approved and processed, we will send you a notification via email. Refunds will be applied to your original method of payment. You are responsible for shipping costs for returns, and these costs are non-refundable. The shipping cost incurred to send the item to you will be deducted from your refund.

Please use Old Dominion Freight for trackable shipping and purchase shipping insurance when returning items. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during transit.
